The minutes of the meeting held on the 26 June 2017 were confirmed.
The Licensing and Elections Manager reported that the applicant who had been considered at the previous meeting had appealed to the Magistrates Court and that the initial hearing would be held next week. She advised that the outcome of the hearing would be reported back to the committee once heard.

The Licensing and Elections Manager reported that this application had been withdrawn by the applicant prior to the Committee meeting therefore would not be considered by the Committee, however she advised that the applicant had confirmed that a further application would be submitted shortly and would therefore be considered by the Committee at a later date.
The Chairman reported that there was no other business of sufficient urgency to warrant consideration.
Resolved :
"That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 12(A) of the said Act."
