The White Lion in Cliff Hill is up for sale for £299,000 which includes 8 flats.  It has scaffolding around it and it is being tidied up.

It was previously suggested that the Horse Trough was managed by local residents/organisations and it was suggested that this area could be maintained by the local businesses.  It was reported that both JJ's Ice cream kiosk and the Chip Shop on the parade were both putting tables and chairs out which they didn't have permission for and it was asked if the Council enforcement officers could attend to speak to them both about this.

Williamson's Lookout looks ok at the moment.

No update has been received on the Property at the top of the High Street.

It was reported that Priory Gardens were quiet at the moment but this issue had been raised at the Neighbourhood meeting and would be raised at the next SNAP meeting.

Pier Gardens has now been grassed over where the lavender bushes were removed.
