The Chairman reported that she had send a list of all the open spaces that had not been listed in the survey prepared by the Council.
The Magdalen Arms is under offer and it was reported that this was a positive outcome as a Veterinary Surgery was interested in relocating to the property as it has a car park and they were able to alter the building internally.
The White Lion in Cliff Hill is up for sale for £299,000 which includes 8 flats. It has scaffolding around it and it is being tidied up.
It was previously suggested that the Horse Trough was managed by local residents/organisations and it was suggested that this area could be maintained by the local businesses. It was reported that both JJ's Ice cream kiosk and the Chip Shop on the parade were both putting tables and chairs out which they didn't have permission for and it was asked if the Council enforcement officers could attend to speak to them both about this.
Williamson's Lookout looks ok at the moment.
No update has been received on the Property at the top of the High Street.
It was reported that Priory Gardens were quiet at the moment but this issue had been raised at the Neighbourhood meeting and would be raised at the next SNAP meeting.
Pier Gardens has now been grassed over where the lavender bushes were removed.
Councillor Fairhead reported that she had held a meeting where she had seen the Manuscript and the person who is holding this is happy to hand this over to the Council so the police are no longer involved in this matter.
No update has been provided on the Coastal Revival Fund.
It was reported that objections had been made to the Coastal Path but these were not from Gorleston or Great Yarmouth so the decision of the Inspector was still pending.
Vicki reported that expressions of interest had been submitted to the local schools but they now expected to receive replies to this in September after the schools return.
It had been suggested that a map showing the listed buildings and buildings with blue plaques on could be used.
This area still needs clearing.
It was agreed that Stephen Shepherd would be asked if there was any progress on the Warren Road improvements.
