Review of TPO officer delegated decision report in response to Section 211 notice (06/2/0074/TCA) detailing location, amenity value and immediate threat to felling of tree located within Conservation Area No.9 (Winterton).
The officer delegated report, following assessment and recommendations of the Arboricultural Officer confirms that the tree is of good condition and has public amenity value, making an important contribution to the townscape setting of the area and conservation area, which warrants its protection under Section 198 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
