Kate Argyle reproted that the Primary Academy would like to send a group of half a douzen children to the ceremony.  After the service a film would be shown at St Geroges which had been created by TS Warrior and the exhibition which had toured the boruogh and the local schools would also be on display.

(ii) Irene Williams asked if Great Yarmouth would be marking the Gallipoli Landings on the 25 April as other branches of the British Legion had reported they were attending church services to mark this event. Laura Goodman agreed to look into this as it may be that a Norfolk Wide event was being held and this could be attended by the Mayor onbehalf of Great Yarmouth.  Laura suggested that if Great Yarmouth did hold a service one could be held in the Northern Parishes and one could be held in the Southern Parishes.   Irene also asked about the Battle of Ypres on the 22 April.

(iii) Clarification was sought on the press release that was agreed to be sent out relating to the Remembrance Service and it was reported that this would be sent out near the time of the service.
