Michael Muskett reported that he had not been able to find an on-line giving site that was free to use.  He would continue to make enquiries through his other charitable works.

c) Registered Office still BDO

It was agreed to move the registered office from BDO to the Treasurer's home address. The accounts as at 31 December 2014 were £5,037 in the current account and £144,951.24 in the 10 day notice account.  The amount in the current account is £7,271.01 and the 10 day notice account is £145,265.74. The current interest rate for the 10 day notice account is 1.34%

e) Corporation Tax Return

It was reported that this should be completed electronically annually.

The Chairman reported that he had sent a letter to the Council's Chief Executive Officer, Councillor T Wainwright, P Scott, M King and M Muskett thanking them for their support throughout the year.

Report of Masonic Grant Charity Day (Nov)

(i) Great Yarmouth Greats - Attractions Category

The Chairman reported that himself and Rev'd Grant Boulton Debbage had attended the Great Yarmouth Greats event as the Minster had been nominated for an award but they had been unsuccessful in winning the award.

(ii) Masonic Grant Charity Day

It was reported that the event had been held in Norwich in November and Rev'd Chris Terry had attended the event with Michael Boon.

Rev'd Chris Terry reported that the application form was being finalised and would be submitted in the near future.

It was reported that there had been publicity for the Minster in the press and this was tabled.

d) Vintage Fair (Sandra McCullough and David McDermott) 23rd May 2015 Expenses: Printing £3.  Sandra reported that she had approached GY College about students attending the event and it was also suggested that the students could put on a 1940's fashion show. 

e) Royal Marines Band (£5,000) – November 2018 with the British
Legion (Colleen Walker)

f) GY Festival 5-14 June 2015 (Hugh Sturzaker).  On Saturday 6th June 2015 there would be a procession lead by a lifesize mammoth, there would also be life size puppets.  Hugh reported that he had been in touch with groups such as cubs and scouts to ask them to be involved in the procession.

d)         Dixiemix Jazz Band 11th July 2015 at 7.30pm  Fee: £600 again

No update on the event, agreed that people who have donated to the event should not receive free tickets.

All 6 events have been booked and sponsorship has been achieved for one of the events.  Tickets would be£6 for each event or £25 for all 6 events. Sarah Smith would  be asked to provide the cakes for each event.

g) The Third Celebrations Fair (Weddings, Anniversaries, Proms etc) Sat 17th October (Sandra McCullough) Printing £3.  The Rector would be happy to perform another Renewal of Vows Service.  For this there would be a collection area and a dispersal area and maybe a glass of Buck's Fizz.

It was suggested that an Antiques Fayre could be held in the Church and it was agreed that this would be investigated further.

To consider any other business as may be determined by the Chairman of the meeting as being of sufficient urgency to warrant consideration.

Mike Muskett reported that it was hoped that a Norfolk Military Tattoo for the Walking Wounded would be held in Great Yarmouth including a Civic Servicce on 18th June 2017.

Lady Leicester asked if School Choirs sung in the Church and it was reported that some of the schools book directly with the church to hold events in the church and that this does not involve the Minster Preservation Trust, but that the Trust does involve school children in some of their events.
