The minutes of the meeting held on 8 May 2014 were confirmed subject to the amendment that the Vintage and Collectables Fayre would be held in May 2015 and not May 2014.

It was reported that the Peregrine Falcon box had been installed, however, a camera had not.

8 RE-ORDERING UPDATE (Chris Terry/Michael Boon)

Michael Boon reported that a meeting had been held with the architect to talk about a whole heating scheme. Solar Panels and Ground source heating would be used.  The project group would be meeting next week to discuss the use of the space in the nave as a business Care would need to be produce for this.  It was planned that an archeological dig would take place around the outside of the church.

The Chairman stated that he had placed an advert into the June/July 2014 issue of the NR30 guide and press cuttings from the Great Yarmouth Mercury were tabled.

d) Arts Festival June 2014 - report (Hugh Sturzaker)
Hugh stated that there had been a lack of sponsorship and poor attendance at some events.  The shard would remain outside the church until the Blessing of the Nets and would then be used at the entrance to the Maritime Festival.  A meeting would be held next week to decide if this event should go ahead again next year.

e) Wedding Fair Saturday 18 October and renewal of marriage vows (Colin Smith/Sandra McCullagh) Expenses:Invites: £9 : Marriage registers to view.  Sandra appealed for information on any hire wedding cars that could be displayed.  The Charity Big C would be bringing a selection of second hand wedding dresses.  It was hoped to have the Cinderella horse carriage from the seafront on display and a member of the committee asked if the church bells could be rung.

f) Update on the Friends - Colin Smith appealed for people to join the friends. This will be further discussed at the next PCC.

g) Vintage Fair - Invites needed to be printed.  Anthony Smith agreed to speak to Albert Jones to see if he had any vintage swings or roundabouts that could be used.

h)  Dixiemixx jazz booked 12th July 2014 £10 Expenses:Printing £10, Band £600.  Need door and raffle Volunteers.  Mike and Brenda Taylor would be running the bar and Sandra agreed to do the raffle.

It was suggested that an event of the History of the Church by Candlelight with actors. Michael Boon would look into this.
