The Chair delivered the following statement:

“Following the consideration of written representations made by the premises licence holder via their legal representative, and in the interests of justice, the substantive hearing of this review application is adjourned to 8th September 2023 at 10am, to be held at the Town Hall, further to regulation 12 of the hearing regulations as this is necessary for the consideration of the representations of the premises licence holder”.

PROPOSER: Councillor Lawn

SECONDER: Councillor G Carpenter

That the Committee adjourn this meeting to 8th September 2023 at 10am, to be held at the Town Hall.

CARRIED.
