(i) Councillor Robinson-Payne reported her concerns regarding the state of the heritage walls at the cemetery on North Denes Road, Blackfriars & the Drill Hall.
(ii) Several Members reported that they were unhappy with caravans parking illegally overnight at the side of the road at South Denes.
(iii) Councillor Smith-Clare reported concerns of local residents at East Road. An area of land behind the garages at East Road/Town Wall Road had been fenced off and become an illegal rubbish dump.
(iv) Councillor Talbot reported that a wall at George Street had been hit by a car and damaged several weeks ago and as yet, no repair had been undertaken. She also asked whether designated parking bays could be introduced in all Council run car parks.
(v) A Member complained that the rubbish bins along the seafront had overflowed at the weekend resulting in litter everywhere spoiling the street scene. The Chairman reported that this matter had been addressed.
(vi) Mr Langley asked whether street clutter could be removed, for example, the grey painted lockers sited next to Royal Mail post boxes which were obsolete. The Chairman reported that this would be an issue for Royal Mail to address and not the Council.
(vii) Councillor Waters-Bunn reported that the issue with the residents car park off High Mill Road, Cobholm had still not been addressed. Clarity was required as to the ownership of the car park and who was entitled to park there. There was also an area nearby which had had double yellow lines painted by mistake. The Chairman requested that the Head of Customer Services be contacted to look into this matter.
