I moved to Gorleston in 1998 when my wife and I purchased the Lord Nelson PH, We were very successful there and sold the pub to Batemans. We have been in the restaurant/pub trade for 35years, this will be my 46th year self employed. I started in business in Norwich, and have 1 son and 2 grandchildren in Norfolk I have been a Gorleston Ward councillor for 8 years and have served on most committees. I am a member of the Haven Rotary Club and was president last year. We have met numerous people since moving to the Borough and wouldn't want to live any where else. Gt Yarmouth is often "knocked" but it is full of hard working and generous people.
